Parent Information
Infinite Campus is the database system our band utilizes to store student records, send emails, track fees and payments, and much more! Students are already added to Infinite Campus when they join band, but parents must also have an account in order to access their student’s information and receive emails from the Band Directors and Band Boosters. This is how we send all of our newsletters which have a lot of information for parents. Please make sure you take care of this as soon as possible. Directions for creating your account and linking it to your student can be found by following:
Spirit Wear Stores
Waukesha West Band spirit wear is available during certain times of the year. This is a great time to order band merchandise for the year ahead – for your students, parents and extended family. Fox River Invitational
Since 1996, the Fox River Marching Band Invitational competition at Waukesha West has showcased some of the best bands from around Wisconsin. Be sure to join us for a day of great music as some of the finest marchers in the state perform, including our own Cadets, who always thrill the home crowd with a judged exhibition at the end of the competition. It’s a great way to enjoy a beautiful fall afternoon and support West’s entire band program!
Admission
The competition begins at 1:30 PM. Admission is available at the gate: Adults tickets are $10. Tickets for seniors, students ages 6-18 and military members with an ID are $5.00 and children under 6 are free. (School district IDs are not valid for this event). Admission price includes a program book.
Parking
Arrive early for best parking. You will be guided by our volunteer parking lot attendants. Handicapped parking will be available at the football stadium gate, look for the signs or ask a lot attendant for assistance. If our lots are full, you may park along Saylesville Road.
Concessions
We have a concessions stand that includes sales of hot dogs, pizza, snacks and beverages.
